The company commissioned 236.5 thousand square meters of real estate, which is 3.2 times higher than the volume of commissioning for the same period in 2025.
After the reporting period, in April 2026, the sale of two land plots in St. Petersburg was closed. The total area is less than 0.5 hectares. The sites were part of the Galaktika project (completed in 2022) and were not considered by the company as complementary sites for further construction.
The average price per square meter of residential real estate increased by 8% to 335.5 thousand rubles.
