In May 2025, the Bank DOM.RF issued mortgage loans for individual housing construction (IHS) in the amount of almost 4.5 billion rubles, and about 700 families began building their homes. This is 12% higher than last month's result. The share of residential housing in the issuance reached 50% against 35% in April. This is stated in the message of the bank.

"The growing interest in the residential housing format is a steady trend in recent years. People are increasingly choosing their own house instead of an apartment, especially in the context of developing infrastructure and government support. Moreover, buyers are more active in concluding deals in the spring and summer, planning to start construction during the warm season. For such clients, the escrow mechanism is especially important, which guarantees the transparency of the transaction and the security of the invested funds," said the Deputy Chairman of the Board of DOM Bank. The top 5 regions in terms of mortgage demand for residential housing in May included the Moscow region (about 600 million rubles, a decrease of 6%), Krasnodar Territory (360 million rubles, an increase of 12%), the Republic of Tatarstan (about 350 million rubles, an increase of 15%), Primorsky Krai (300 million rubles, a decrease of 20%), the Leningrad region (270 million rubles, an increase of 45%).

The leading regions also include the Rostov Region (250 million rubles, an increase of 6%), the Republic of Bashkortostan (200 million rubles, an increase of 20%), the Novosibirsk Region (about 200 million rubles, an increase of 60%), the Tyumen Region (170 million rubles, an increase of 65%) and the Samara Region. the region (170 million rubles, an increase of 2 times).

The majority of clients used the "Family Mortgage" (just over 80%), followed by the "Far Eastern Mortgage" (about 15%), and about 5% of transactions accounted for IT mortgages.
