For this issue (the volume of issue is 20 billion rubles) there are no possible additional adjustments for subordination, collateral and surety, and therefore the agency establishes parity between the current rating of the issuer of MTS PJSC (ruAAA rating, stable) and bonds of the 001P-22 series.
