Faberlik, a manufacturer of cosmetics and perfumes, sold 100% to Fashion Factory LLC (operates a clothing factory in the Ivanovo region) The structure of Voentorg is Voentextilprom LLC. The newspaper Vedomosti writes about this.

A representative of Faberlik said that the company's management decided to sell the asset in order to develop production of products with "the greatest sales potential." Thus, Faberlik acquired and modernized a plant in Chekhov, Moscow region, where the production of household chemicals will be organized, and equipment is currently being installed, he recalls. He also says that the company is going to build another factory, but does not provide details.

The company did not disclose the transaction price. Mikhail Burmistrov, CEO of Infoline Analytics, who is referred to by Vedomosti, estimates the value of the asset at no more than 150 million rubles.

Faberlik, a Russian manufacturer of perfumes and cosmetics, has been selling clothing since 2013. In 2017, Faberlik launched its own clothing factory in the Ivanovo region.

The revenue of Fashion Factory LLC according to RAS in 2024 increased by 79.4% to 345 million rubles. The net loss amounted to 13.7 million rubles.

The buyer, Voentextilprom LLC, is 64% owned by Aslan Atalikov, 26% by Voentorg JSC, and 10% by Zalim Kardangushev. The company specializes in tailoring clothes and uniforms for the needs of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Emergency Situations. She has six factories in Karachay-Cherkessia and Kabardino-Balkaria. In 2024, the company's revenue increased 2.5 times to 7.2 billion rubles, and net profit increased 2.6 times to 1.4 billion rubles.
