FAS agrees on commercial policies of Aeroflot and S7

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has agreed on the commercial policies of PJSC Aeroflot and JSC Sibir Airlines (S7). This is stated in the message of the FAS.

Aeroflot and S7 have fixed approaches to determining the starting price for tickets and rules for deviations from it in their commercial policies. The share of air ticket sales below the economically reasonable fare will be at least 60%, the share of air tickets sold at the maximum fare will be less than 2.5%.

In addition, each of the airlines has included in its commercial policy initiative preferential programs for certain categories of citizens.

Aeroflot is a Russian airline. The group of the same name also includes Rossiya and Pobeda Airlines. Aeroflot operates domestic and international flights from Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport and Krasnoyarsk Airport.

S7 Airlines (Sibir Airlines brand) is a large private airline in Russia. The airline has a wide network of domestic routes based on air transport hubs in Moscow (Domodedovo), Novosibirsk (Tolmachev) and Irkutsk. All airline flights are operated by Airbus, Boeing, Embraer.
