The Federal Antimonopoly Service has opened a case against Alcoy-Pharm LLC, revealing signs of unfair competition in the company's actions when packaging biologically active additives. This is reported on the FAS website.
Earlier, INAT-Pharma LLC, which sells Selzink Plus dietary supplements, contacted the antimonopoly authority, since Alcoy-Pharm began selling Selenium+Zinc VIT dietary supplements in a confusingly similar design of the applicant's product.
The Antimonopoly Authority believes that Alcoy-Pharm's actions may create a false impression among customers about the supplier of products, as well as contribute to the misuse of the copyright holder's reputation.
Alcoy-Pharm LLC is a developer and manufacturer of innovative health products. The range consists of medicines, therapeutic and children's cosmetics, nutraceuticals and homeopathy.
