Earlier, in 2021, manufacturers fixed marginal prices for mineral fertilizers. Prices were formed in accordance with the recommendations of the Federal Antimonopoly Service and indexed in 2022. There was no indexing in 2023-2025.
Earlier, the Russian government extended restrictions on fertilizer exports until November 30, 2026. In this regard, their largest manufacturers have coordinated their trade and sales policies with the antimonopoly authority.
