FAS recognized inappropriate advertising of Sberbank

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has issued an order to Sberbank and Yandex to stop distributing inappropriate advertising. This is reported on the FAS website.

The antimonopoly authority received a complaint from an individual about an online advertisement for a Savings Bank car loan, which was distributed using the Yandex Direct service.

The advertising banner contained information about the possibility of obtaining a loan for the purchase of a vehicle. However, there was no warning phrase in the text: "Assess your financial capabilities and risks," the FAS emphasizes.
