The majority of the group's business was in non-life insurance, with fees in this area amounting to 22.4 billion rubles.

The corporate segment was developing: the volume of premiums for liability insurance increased by 38%, and for cargo insurance — also by 38%. The new VMI business reached 8.2 billion rubles, which is 22% more than in 2023.

The Group restarted life insurance sales, increasing fees by 86% to 2.1 billion rubles.

In 2023, Allianz Group closed a deal to sell a controlling stake (50.1%) of its Russian division to Interholding, which owns Zetta Insurance LLC (formerly IC Zurich). After the merger of Zetta Insurance LLC, Alliance IC JSC and Alliance Life IC LLC, the Zetta Insurance Group was formed, which provides a full range of insurance services to both corporate and retail clients. JSC IC Alliance and LLC IC Alliance Life were renamed JSC Zetta Insurance and LLC Zetta Life Insurance, all three companies began to operate under the brand "Zetta". In 2024, the group completed the consolidation of its business by joining Zetta Insurance LLC to Zetta Insurance JSC through universal succession.
