FESCO Transport Group has launched a regular FESCO Vietnam Direct Line (FVDL) connecting the ports of Vietnam with the Vladivostok Commercial Sea Port (VMTP, part of FESCO). This is stated in the company's message.

The sea container service will be serviced by the FESCO fleet and will operate on the route Vladivostok — Haiphong (Vietnam) — Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) — Ningbo (China) — Vladivostok. The transit time from the ports of Vietnam to the VMTP is 9-12 days.

The container ship A HOUOU with a capacity of 850 TEU with products from Vietnamese manufacturers (clothing, food, coffee, plumbing) set off on its first flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Vladivostok on May 20. Earlier, the same vessel successfully delivered Russian export cargoes to Vietnam – wood, cosmetics, food and polymer products.

The Group has previously provided cargo delivery services from Vietnam to Russia, however, the launch of a regular FVDL line will allow the Group to improve the quality of service for its customers due to the absence of container transshipment at transshipment ports, shorter delivery times and a significant increase in the capacity of the transport corridor between the two countries.

FESCO Transport Group is one of the largest private transport and logistics companies in Russia with assets in the field of port, railway and integrated logistics business. FESCO's diversified portfolio of assets allows for door-to-door cargo delivery and control of all stages of the intermodal transport chain. The Group owns Vladivostok Commercial Sea Port, Transgarant railway operator, and Russian Troika fitting platform operator. FESCO manages 40 thousand containers, the fleet of fitting platforms is about 6 thousand units. The group's fleet includes 19 transport vessels, which mainly carry out transportation on their own sea lines.

The net profit of the FESCO Group under IFRS in 2021 increased 4.5 times to 37.85 billion rubles. Revenue increased 1.8 times to RUB 113.71 billion, EBITDA – 3.9 times to RUB 47.47 billion.
