FGC Family is investing 2.2 billion rubles in the social infrastructure of the Zhavoronki Club residential complex in Odintsovo city district. This is stated in the message of the FSK.
The project includes a medical facility, a kindergarten for 260 children and a school for 560 students.
The first ready-made part of the infrastructure was an outpatient clinic for 71 visits per shift. It is planned to transfer the fully equipped facility to the Odintsovo City District administration by the end of 2026. FGC Family's investments in the construction of the outpatient clinic amounted to 135 million rubles.
The next stage in the development of social infrastructure will be a three-storey kindergarten with 260 places and a total area of 4.33 thousand square meters. m. The investment volume will amount to 711 million rubles. Its construction began in July 2025, and completion is scheduled for May 2027.
The second educational facility in the "Zhavoronki Club" will be a comprehensive school with 560 places, investments in the construction of which will amount to 1.35 billion rubles. Construction work started in July 2026 and will be completed in July 2028.
