The Sveza Industrial Group used ash from the boiler room of a plywood mill in the Sverdlovsk region for landscaping. This is stated in the company's press release.

The pilot project was implemented in May 2026 in the village of Verkhnyaya Sinyachikha. The area of the former pools of hydrothermal wood treatment was treated with ash and seeded with siderates (oats and mustard). The first shoots proved the effectiveness of the method.

The possibility of using ash for soil restoration was previously confirmed by research conducted jointly with St. Petersburg State Agrarian University. Sveza plans to implement the method in other enterprises.
