The former Pizza Hut establishments have changed their main owner. The newspaper Kommersant writes about this.
Rostislav Ordovsky-Tanaevsky Blanco received a 60% stake in OOO Noy-M. on September 17. This company manages pizzerias "PizzaN". The share of Vladimir Mehrishvili, Vice President of the Rostik restaurant holding, in Noi-M decreased from 80% to 20%, with Alexey Chaika, co-owner of the One Price Coffee chain, and Korpestate, CEO (controlled by Rostik Holding), remaining at another 10%. The PizzaN chain is based on Pizza Hut. Noy-M has been developing it since 2022 after its purchase from the Polish Amrest group. Currently, there are 67 cafes operating under the PizzaN brand in Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. Revenue of OOO Noy-M in 2024 decreased by 7% year-on-year to 233 million rubles, with a net loss of 11.9 million rubles.
