The Fragrant World network may change ownership. Its owners— brothers Valery and Pavel Zadorin, are considering the possibility of selling the business, Kommersant writes.

One of the possible contenders for the asset, which is estimated at about 22 billion rubles, may be the structures of Alexey Mordashov, the owner of Severgroup, who also develops Wingaraj alcohol markets through his retail company Lenta.

Pavel Zadorin owns 57.5% of AM Retail, Valery Zadorin owns 32.5%, and Alexander Zadorin, Mikhail Zadorin, Anna Zadorina, and Sofia Zadorina each own 2.5%.

As of October 2024, the Aromatic World alcohol market network consisted of about 1,000 stores in Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region and other cities in the center and south of the country, as well as in the Volga region.
