ICAPE Group, a global technology distributor of printed circuit boards (PCB), through its subsidiary ICAPE Deutschland GmbH acquired the operating assets of Heissenberger Leiterplattentechnik (HLT), a German distributor of printed circuit boards. This is reported in the ICAPE press release.
The acquisition of HLT's operating assets will strengthen ICAPE Group's position as a leading player in one of the largest PCB sales markets in Europe and around the world and will consolidate and optimize ICAPE Group's global network.
HLT, headquartered in Baden-Württemberg, supplies printed circuit boards to 50 large customers in various sectors, including automotive, telecommunications, aerospace and medicine. HLT has a network of 6 strategic suppliers and its own logistics capabilities, providing a wide range of services with high added value.
ICAPE Group specializes in the production and sale of printed circuit boards and non-standard technical components. The headquarters is located in Fontenay-aux-Roses (France).
