Gaide has completed the merger with GSK Yugoria. The company has transferred insurance contracts for OSAGO, OSOPO and OSGOP, as well as voluntary personal and property insurance contracts to Yugoria.
According to the Guide, in the two years preceding the merger, the company upgraded its IT infrastructure and updated its product line. The reinsurance capacity of the company in the main lines of business was increased almost 7 times during this period to 2 billion rubles from 300 million rubles.
Recall that the Rossium concern and the shareholders of IC Gaide have agreed to merge the assets of insurance companies JSC SC Gaide and JSC GSK Yugoria.
