GAP Resource has completed the acquisition of Altan Group assets. This is stated in the company's message.
The group includes TD Altan LLC, NPF Altan JSC, Pospelikhinsky KHP JSC and Pospelikhinskaya Macaroni Factory LLC.
The enterprises are located in the Pospelikhinsky district of the Altai Territory and specialize in deep processing of durum wheat (durum), the production of flour and pasta under the Granmulino brand, as well as the sale of finished products.
The factory has its own mill with a capacity of up to 72 thousand tons per year, an elevator with a one-time storage capacity of up to 26 thousand tons, six automated lines with filling machines for short- and long-cut pasta, warehouses for storing finished products and other production facilities. The volume of flour production is about 52 thousand tons per year, pasta — 30 thousand tons per year.
The Resource Group of agricultural enterprises is one of the largest Russian producers of food products (the brands Blagoyar, Nasha Ptitochka, Dym Dymych, Vladimirsky Standard and others).
The revenue of the Resurs group of agricultural enterprises increased to 268 billion rubles by the end of 2024 from 197 billion rubles a year earlier. The total number of employees exceeded 40 thousand people.
In 2025, the company concluded a number of large transactions.
