Gazprom lowered the price of Marriott Tsakhkadzor sold in Armenia

Gazprom has lowered the price of the Marriott Tsakhkadzor being sold in Armenia. The price of the competitive sale procedure is AMD 6.93 billion. Previously, the initial price was 10.17 billion AMD, the minimum was 8.4 billion AMD. The sale procedure is scheduled for November 18, applications are accepted until November 11. This was announced by Gazprom.

The hotel complex is located in the Tsakhkadzor ski resort. The complex has been operating since December 2012 and includes the Marriott Tsakhkadzor Hotel and an entertainment center operating in a separate building attached to the hotel.

Gazprom (INN 7736050003) is the world's largest gas company. The number of Gazprom shareholders in Russia and abroad is several hundred thousand. Over 50% of the company's shares are under the control of the Russian Federation.

Net profit attributable to Gazprom shareholders in the first half of 2024 amounted to 1.043 trillion rubles, which is more than three times higher than the result for the same period in 2023. EBITDA increased by 19% to RUB 1.459 trillion. Capital investments amounted to 1.058 trillion rubles, an increase of 11%.
