The Board of Directors of Gazprom Neft recommended that shareholders approve the payment of RUB 71.1 billion in 2020 dividends i.e. 15 rubles in dividends per share (taking into account the dividends paid for 9 months of 2020 amounting to RUB 5 per ordinary share), the company informed.
This decision is in line with the company's dividend policy which envisages the payout of at least 50% of the IFRS net profit in dividends to shareholders. IFRS net profit for 2020 amounted to RUB 117.7 billion.
June 25, 2021 is set as the dividend record date.
Gazprom Neft PJSC (tax number: 5504036333) and its subsidiaries own 61 licenses for the prospecting and development of oil fields. The proven oil reserves in the company's fields exceed 4.5 billion barrels. The company's largest shareholder is Gazprom Group.
