Gazprom has notified Gazprombank of the need for automatic conversion of depositary receipts into shares of PJSC Gazprom. The approximate deadline for the completion of the procedure is September 2022. This is stated in the company's message.

Receipts, the rights to which are registered in Russian depositories, must be automatically converted into the corresponding number of shares of Russian issuers without the participation of holders. For receipts, the rights to which are registered in foreign depositories, the law provides for the possibility of forced conversion.

Gazprom placed shares in the form of depositary receipts on the international market in the fall of 1996. In April 2006, the company launched a program for issuing first-level American depositary receipts, which provided an opportunity for free conversion of shares into depositary receipts and vice versa.

The depository of the company's depository receipt programs is The Bank of New York Mellon.

On April 29, 2022, Gazprom announced the termination of circulation of depositary receipts for the company's shares abroad.

Net revenue from gas sales increased by 85% to RUB 5.65 trillion from RUB 3.05 trillion. Net revenue from the sale of oil and gas processing products increased by 44% to 2.59 trillion rubles. Net revenue from the sale of crude oil and gas condensate increased by 81% to 882.15 billion rubles.
