Gazprom's Board of Directors decided to recommend to the shareholders' meeting to distribute the profit received from the results of operations in 2023, directing it to the Company's investment goals. This is stated in the company's message.

The Board of Directors decided to recommend to the shareholders' meeting not to declare or pay dividends on shares based on the results of 2023. The recommendation complies with the provisions of the dividend policy.

Earlier, the Russian Government recommended Gazprom will not pay dividends for 2023.

Gazprom shareholders at the annual meeting decided not to declare or pay dividends based on the results of their activities in 2022. The company has allocated 1.2 trillion rubles for the payment of interim dividends for the first half of 2022.

Gazprom (INN 7736050003) is the world's largest gas company. The number of Gazprom shareholders in Russia and abroad is several hundred thousand. Over 50% of the company's shares are under the control of the Russian Federation.

The loss attributable to Gazprom shareholders under IFRS for 2023 amounted to RUB 629.08 billion against a profit of RUB 1.2 trillion a year earlier. Revenue fell by 27% to 8.5 trillion rubles from 11.67 trillion rubles.
