Gazprom intends to sell sanatorium-resort facilities. This is stated in the company's message.
The list includes: sanatorium "Golubaya Gorka" (Sochi, Khostinsky district), wellness center "Sanatorium South" (Sochi, Lazarevsky district), medical and preventive base "Blue Wave" (Black Sea coast), boarding house "Fakel" (Kislovodsk), ASSOC "Sputnik" (Bashkortostan), recreation center Blue Torch (Novgorod region), Smena sports and recreation complex (7 km from Smolensk).
The specified property will be sold in separate lots at open auctions on the electronic trading platform of GPB Electronic Trading Platform LLC (ETP GPB) with the involvement of ETP GPB as the organizer of the auction.

The Russian Federation, being the party with ultimate control, has a controlling stake (including direct and indirect ownership) of over 50% in Gazprom PJSC. Gazprom Group's net profit for 2024 according to IFRS was 1.219 trillion rubles against a loss of 629.08 billion rubles in 2023. Revenue increased by 25% and amounted to 10.7 trillion rubles.
