Gazprom will pay dividends for the first half of the year by 1.2 trillion rubles

Gazprom shareholders approved the amount of interim dividends recommended by the Board of Directors for the first half of 2022 – 51.03 rubles per share. This is stated in the company's message.

The total amount of dividend payments will amount to more than 1.2 trillion rubles (50% of the adjusted net profit of Gazprom Group for the first half of 2022 according to international financial reporting standards). This is a record high volume of dividends in the history of the company and the entire Russian stock market, the company notes.
