Gazprombank's 9-month IFRS net profit down twice

IFRS net profit of Gazprombank for 9 months of 2020 decreased twice to RUB 30 billion from RUB 63.1 billion a year earlier, the bank informed.

Net fee & commission income was RUB 28.1 billion against RUB 21.7 billion for 9 months of 2019. The group's net interest income for 9 months of 2020 was RUB 123.5 billion increasing by 18% from RUB 104.7 billion in January-September 2019, while interest income increased by 0.4% to RUB 306.8 billion, interest expenses were reduced by 8.8% to RUB 183.3 billion. Net interest margin for 9 months of 2020 stayed flat year-on-year (2.7%).

The bank's assets amounted to RUB 7.567 trillion  against RUB 6.582 trillion as of December 31, 2019.
