Gazprombank and PIK Group have signed an agreement to open a 6 bn credit facility for a period until October 1, 2027. Gazprombank will finance the construction of the Iset Park residential complex in Yekaterinburg, the bank informed.
The project envisages the construction of a cluster of 6 buildings and a surface parking lot, the total area of the flats will exceed 86,000 sqm.
