The German defense technology company Vincorion GmbH intends to hold an IPO in Frankfurt. This is reported by foreign media.
Vincorion expects to raise 300 million euros ($351 million) and increase the company's market value to over 1 billion euros.
Unstable stock markets are usually considered extremely unfavorable for IPOs, but shares of defense companies Renk Group AG and Hensoldt AG, owned by Vincorion, were trading higher, demonstrating potentially high demand for shares given the development of power supplies for the Patriot missile defense system.
Vincorion, controlled by Star Capital, is considering an accelerated placement schedule, repeating the method used by ammunition manufacturer CSG NV to conduct an IPO worth 3.8 billion euros in early 2026.
Vincorion is a German defense technology company with headquarters in Wedel (Germany). The company specializes in the development of systems for mission-critical applications, including generators, electric motors and drives, generator sets, power electronics and hybrid power systems.
