ICPAO Headhunter has completed the redomicilation of Cypriot subsidiaries in the Russian Federation. This is stated in the company's message.
The ICPAO announced the state registration of the ICAO Headhunter Group PIELSI, which has completed the redomicilation from Cyprus to Russia of Headhunter Group PLC.
In addition, on October 21, 2024, the state registration of another Cypriot subsidiary of the group, Headhunter FSU Limited, was also carried out in the form of MKOOO Headhunter FSU.

HeadHunter Group PLC's net profit for the first quarter of 2024 increased 2.2 times to RUB 4.9 billion from RUB 2.2 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased by 55.4% to RUB 8.63 billion from RUB 5.55 billion.
