On July 30, Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) received an application from Hoppy Union LLC for prior consent to the acquisition of a 50% equity stake in RC Brew LLC through a contribution to the company's authorized capital, the competition authority informed.
All stakeholders have the right to submit information about how the deal applied for or another action will influence the competition to the antimonopoly body.
The application consideration period is 30 days after the receipt of this application.
