Bank DOM.RF and the KVS Group of companies have signed a purchase and sale agreement for the historical complex of the former SIZO No. 1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, known as Kresty. The transaction took place following an auction at which the object was sold for 1.136 billion rubles. This is stated in the message of the bank.
On an area of 3.9 hectares there are buildings and structures (some of them are part of the identified cultural heritage site) with a total area of 41.2 thousand square meters. m. Located on the first line of Komsomol Street and Arsenalnaya Embankment, near the center of St. Petersburg, the facility will launch a new stage in the development of the urban environment. The investor undertakes to comply with the requirements for the preservation and use of the complex in accordance with the law.
