The Russian auction house summed up the results of the sale of the five-star Talion Imperial hotel in St. Petersburg on its ETP RAD Lot-online. This was announced by the RADA.
The auction was held as part of the bankruptcy of Talion JSC and Eliseev Palace Hotel CJSC. The buyer was Liga LLC. The sale price is 4.41 billion rubles.
The hotel is located in a historic building — the reconstructed mansion "House of Chicherin N. I. (Eliseev) with the house of Kosikovsky A. I.". The new owner got 16 rooms of the hotel (9.8 thousand square meters. m.) and a land plot (6.8 thousand square meters. m.). The hotel has 89 rooms.
