The Russian auction House on May 19 sold 100% of JSC "Central Design and Technological Institute" (CCTI). This is stated in the message of the auction house.
Bidding by means of a public offer was held on the electronic trading platform ETP RAD–Lot-online. Five bidders took part in the auction. During the auction, the participants raised the minimum price of the lot by one and a half times. As a result, the sale price amounted to 91.4 million rubles (the minimum price is 54.5 million rubles, the initial price is 109 million rubles). The winner of the auction is an individual.
The actual type of activity of the Company is the management and leasing of its own real estate. The Institute owns part of a non-residential building in the center of Moscow, near the metro stations "Krasnye Vorota" and "Komsomolskaya". The total area of the premises is 717.9 m2.
