JSC Region Investment Company and JSC Evolution Holding Company have acquired 16.99% and 33.01% shares, respectively, in Samson-Med LLC, according to Russia's Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The changes were made to the register on July 29. Mata Zurabova owns the remaining 50% stake in the company.
Samson-Med has been a biopharmaceutical company operating since 1937. The company is engaged in the whole range of activities from R&D to integrated production of biological drugs and their marketing promotion in the markets of Russia and neighboring countries. Besides, Samson-Med develops and manufactures medicines on a contractual basis.
Samson-Med's revenue for 2019 was RUB 1.09 billion.
