Credit Bank of Moscow became the organizer of the issue of ruble bonds of PJSC Sibur Holding with a total volume of 15 billion rubles. This is stated in the bank's message.

The circulation period of the issues is 3.5 years, the coupon period is 3 months. The coupon rate is set at 9.15% per annum.

The placement date is July 08, 2022. Besides the Moscow Credit Bank, Gazprombank acted as the organizer of the bond issue.

According to the results of the first 5 months of 2022, ICD ranks second among the organizers of bond loans in Russia, the share in the debt capital market was 17.11%.
