Bank DOM.RF issued more than 3.6 billion rubles. The Russian Federation provided 3.3 billion rubles to contractors for the construction of individual housing (IHS) with escrow in December 2025. This is stated in the message of the bank.
Contractors from Moscow (521.5 million rubles), Kazan (420.2 million rubles), St. Petersburg (377 million rubles), Novosibirsk (343.6 million rubles), Rostov-on-Don (243.8 million rubles) attracted the most financing for construction with escrow in December.
