In January-August 2025, Gazprom created conditions for supplying gas to consumers in 128 Russian settlements. This is stated in the company's message.
12.8 thousand households and 70 boiler houses received the opportunity to switch to mains gas. For this purpose, since the beginning of the year, the company has built 160 inter-settlement and intra-settlement gas pipelines.
In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Gazprom has built a branch gas pipeline from the Power of Siberia gas pipeline to the Olekminsk gas distribution station and then an inter-settlement gas pipeline to the village of Olekminsk, and the construction of distribution networks is being completed.
The reliability of gas supply to Syktyvkar industrial hub enterprises in the Komi Republic has been improved. Gazprom has built a new Syktyvkar gas distribution station and a gas supply pipeline to it. The possibility of supplying additional volumes of gas to consumers has been created. The old GDS, which is less powerful and located within the city, will be decommissioned.
In the Russian regions, the company continues to carry out technical re-equipment and reconstruction of GDS, the capacities of which are fully utilized. This makes it possible to increase the productivity of the stations and connect new consumers to them. In eight months of 2025, Gazprom completed such work at 14 gas distribution stations in the regions of the Central, Siberian and Southern Federal Districts. The total capacity of the stations has been increased by 2.6 billion cubic meters. m per year, which is comparable, for example, to the annual gas consumption in the Penza or Ulyanovsk regions.
About 950,000 Russian families connected their homes to gas during gasification. In January-August 2025, 172.4 thousand households were connected. This is 18.7% more than in the same period of 2024.
By September 2025, about 1.1 thousand contracts for pre-gasification have been concluded with medical and educational institutions. The gas is supplied to the boiler rooms of 702 organizations.
