In March, compared with February 2025, consumer prices for automobile gasoline increased by 0.6%, while producer prices decreased by 1%. This was reported by Rosstat.
An increase in consumer prices for automobile gasoline by 0.6% or more was noted in 31 regions of the Russian Federation, most notably in the Tomsk, Yaroslavl and Leningrad regions — by 1.3%. A decrease in gasoline prices was recorded in 6 regions of the Russian Federation. Most of all — in the Republic of Tyva — by 3.5%. In Moscow and St. Petersburg, gasoline prices have increased by 0.9% and 0.8%, respectively, over the past period.
Producer prices for automobile gasoline have become lower by 1% on average. Gasoline has become cheaper in 9 regions of the Russian Federation. Most of all, prices for it decreased in Moscow — by 8.2%, Perm Krai — by 7.1%, Irkutsk Region — by 6.7%, Omsk region — by 5.9%. Price increases were noted in 6 regions of the Russian Federation. The prices for it increased the most in the Tyumen region — by 9.8% and the Astrakhan region — by 8.1%. In the Sakhalin Region, car gasoline prices remained at the February level.
Producer prices for oil decreased by 13.3%; tariffs for its pumping by pipeline transport decreased by 1.3%.
