The volume of production of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers in Moscow in the first seven months of 2023 increased by 9.1% compared to the same period in 2022. This was reported by the Moscow City Hall.
Thus, the production of components and accessories for vehicles has increased by 2 times. In addition, the volume of shipments of products increased by 19.7% to about 61 billion rubles.
Currently, more than 20 sites are operating in the field of the capital's automotive industry. Enterprises modernize and scale production and expand product lines. Also, an electric vehicle cluster has been created in the capital, which will become a center for the development of components and technologies for the serial production and maintenance of electric buses, cars and trucks with electric drive.
