Gasoline prices in Russia for the week from February 17 to February 24 increased by 0.3% to 66.02 rubles per liter. This is stated in the message from Rosstat according to the weekly price monitoring carried out since 2026 in more than 1.8 thousand gas stations located in 280 surveyed cities of the Russian Federation.
An increase in prices was recorded in 67 regions of the Russian Federation, most of all in the Magadan region — by 1.5%.
A decrease in prices was recorded in 5 regions of the Russian Federation, most of all in the Sakhalin region — by 0.5%.
In Moscow and St. Petersburg over the past period, the increase in prices for automobile gasoline amounted to 0.2% and 0.4%, respectively.
At the observed gas stations in Moscow, AI-92 gasoline could be purchased at a price from 61.19 to 64.47 rubles, AI-95 gasoline from 67.39 to 74.49 rubles, AI—98 gasoline and higher from 90.49 to 97.72 rubles per liter.
In St. Petersburg, AI-92 gasoline cost from 61.70 to 70 rubles, AI-95 gasoline cost from 66.50 to 73.50 rubles, AI-98 gasoline and higher cost from 91.75 to 97.60 rubles per liter.
