For subscribers with Russian SIM cards, the "cooling-off period" is valid for 24 hours upon return from international roaming, or if the SIM card has been inactive for 72 hours.
The notification about the block is sent in an SMS from the carrier. The message contains information about ways to remove the restrictions.
You can do this at any time by logging in using a captcha using the link that the operator will send. After that, access to the Internet and SMS will be restored. It is possible to call a call center and remove restrictions by completing identification by phone.
