Industrial production in the Russian Federation decreased by 2.5% in January 2020, according to a statement by Russia's Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat).
Production in the energy, heat and gas supply segment increased by 7.3% YoY, production in the segment of water supply and wastewater removal, waste disposal and clean-up by 10.7% YoY. Production declined by 1% in the manufacturing sector, by 7.1% in the raw commodities sector.
