Inflation for the week from January 1 to January 10, 2022, was 0.56%. This was reported by Rosstat.

Prices have increased: for pasta – by 1%, butter – by 0.8%, margarine, sterilized milk, wheat flour – by 0.6%, beef, sour cream, vermicelli, vodka – by 0.5%, pasteurized milk, wheat flour bread of various varieties, cookies, chocolate candies – by 0.4%, semi-smoked and boiled–smoked sausages, frozen fish, rennet cheeses, rye bread, rice, black tea – by 0.3%, lamb, sausages, sausages, cottage cheese, salt – by 0.2%, boiled sausages, dry mixes for baby food, lunches in the dining room, cafe, snack bar (except for the dining room in the organization) - by 0.1%.

Prices for buckwheat on average in Russia increased by 0.8%. Prices for granulated sugar on average in Russia increased by 0.7%. Sunflower oil on average in Russia has risen in price by 0.2%. Chicken eggs on average in the country have become more expensive by 0.1%. Prices for fruit and vegetable products increased by an average of 3.1%.

Of the other non–food products, prices increased: for domestic passenger cars - by 1.9%, passenger cars of foreign brands - by 1.1%. Prices for automobile gasoline increased by 0.4%, diesel fuel - by 0.7%.

Fares for metro travel increased by an average of 8.5%, tram - by 7.9%, trolleybus - by 6.7%, city bus - by 4.8%. The payment for housing in the houses of the state and municipal housing funds increased by 1.6%. Tariffs for heating, sanitation and liquefied natural gas decreased by 0.1% on average.

The average cost of vacation trips to Turkey increased by 1.3%, vouchers to holiday homes, boarding houses - by 0.9%, sanatoriums - by 0.5%, hotel stays 2*-3* – by 0.2%.
