Consumer prices in the Russian Federation increased by 0.06% during the week from May 6 to May 12, by 0.08% since the beginning of May, and by 3.28% since the beginning of the year. Annual inflation was 10.09%. This is reported in the materials of the Ministry of Economic Development.
During the week from May 6 to May 12, food prices rose by 0.12%. For food products, excluding fruit and vegetable products, the price growth rate was 0.2%. Milk and dairy products became more expensive by 0.1%, bread – by 0.2%. Pasta and cereals fell by 0.2%, butter – by 0.2%, eggs – by 1.3%. Cucumbers became cheaper by 9.6%, tomatoes – by 5.9%.
Prices for non-food products decreased by 0.02% over the week, including electricity and household appliances – by 0.4%. Gasoline has become 0.1% more expensive, while diesel prices have not changed.
Gasoline prices increased by 0.1%, while diesel prices remained unchanged. In the segment of observed services, the price increase was 0.08%.
