Inflation in the Russian Federation in January amounted to 0.74%

Consumer prices in the Russian Federation for the week, from January 24 to January 30, increased by 0.21%, in January – by 0.74%. This is reported by Rosstat.

From January 24 to January 30, prices for fruit and vegetable products increased by 3.5%, including onions - by 7.8%, cucumbers - by 7.6%, carrots - by 3.4%, tomatoes - by 2.8%, bananas - by 2.3%, potatoes - by 2%, table beets - by 1.4%, white cabbage - 1.3%, apples - 1%.

Semi-smoked and boiled-smoked sausages rose in price by 0.8%, canned vegetables for baby food and pasta - by 0.6%, lamb, cottage cheese - by 0.3%.

Prices decreased: buckwheat groats - by 1.3%, canned meat for baby food - by 0.6%, chicken meat, rice and black tea - by 0.3%, granulated sugar and chicken eggs - by 0.2%.

Prices for smartphones decreased by 1.3%, televisions - by 1.1%, electric vacuum cleaners - by 0.5%.

The cost of flying in the economy class cabin of the aircraft increased by 4.2%. The payment for housing in the houses of the state and municipal housing funds increased by 1.3%.
