Consumer prices in the Russian Federation for the week from May 7 to May 13 increased by 0.17%, from the beginning of May – by 0.27%, from the beginning of the year – by 2.65%. This was reported by Rosstat.
From May 7 to May 13, wheat flour rose in price by 0.5%, hard, semi–hard and soft cheeses, canned vegetables for baby food - by 0.4%, chicken meat, bread and canned fruit and berry for baby food – by 0.3%, beef, pork, lamb, semi-smoked and boiled-smoked sausages, sour cream, black tea, vermicelli and vodka – 0.2%, sterilized milk, butter, margarine, biscuits, rice – 0.1%.
Prices have increased: for onions by 4.4%, carrots by 4.1%, potatoes by 4%, white cabbage by 3.3%, apples by 1.4%, bananas by 0.2%. Prices for tomatoes decreased by 3.2%.
Chicken eggs fell by 0.8%, buckwheat groats – by 0.4%, sausages, sausages and pasta - by 0.2%, frozen fish and granulated sugar – by 0.1%.
Prices for domestic passenger cars increased by 2.8%. Particle board and oriented chipboard increased in price by 0.8%, electric vacuum cleaners – by 0.6%, edged boards and televisions – by 0.4%, shampoos – by 0.2%.
Automobile gasoline has become more expensive by 0.1%. The price of an economy class flight increased by 3.2%.
