Consumer prices in Russia increased by 0.5% in the week from November 26 to December 2, and by 8.34% since the beginning of the year. This was reported by Rosstat.
During the week, the prices of gasoline and diesel increased by 0.4%.
From November 26 to December 2, chicken eggs rose in price by 1.3%, butter – by 1.2%, chicken meat and sunflower oil – by 1.1%, cheeses – by 0.9%, frozen fish and cottage cheese – by 0.8%, milk – by 0.7%, sour cream – by 0.6%, wheat flour and millet – by 0.5%, table salt – by 0.4%, beef, lamb, margarine, bread and biscuits - by 0.3%, vermicelli and vodka – by 0.1%.
Prices for fruits and vegetables increased by 3.6%, including cucumbers – by 9.5%, tomatoes – by 6.7%, potatoes and bananas – by 1.4%, apples – by 1.3%, carrots – by 0.3%.
Prices for sausages and sausages decreased by 0.3%, and for granulated sugar, rice and black tea by 0.1%.
Dry pet food has become more expensive by 0.7%, toilet soap - by 0.3%, household soap, washing powders and toothpastes – by 0.2%.
Televisions rose in price by 1.3%, electric vacuum cleaners – by 0.6%, passenger cars of foreign brands - by 0.2%, cigarettes with a filter – by 0.1%.
