Inkab Holding plans to list shares and start trading on the Moscow Stock Exchange in June 2026. This is stated in the company's message.
During the IPO, shares will be offered as part of an additional issue registered by the Bank of Russia on March 31, 2026.
The funds raised during the IPO will be used by the company to reduce the debt burden of the Inkab Group of companies in order to optimize the financing structure.
The Company and the current shareholder holding a controlling stake will assume obligations aimed at limiting the disposal of shares within 180 days after the completion of the IPO.
Upon completion of the lockup, the shareholder and its affiliates will additionally undertake an obligation aimed at limiting the disposal of shares at organized auctions for 5 years from the date of the IPO.
During the same period, in order to comply with the company's declared dividend policy, the shareholder will assume obligations to vote "for" the payment of dividends in the amount of at least 50% of the company's net profit according to IFRS reporting.
As part of the IPO, a stabilization mechanism will be structured for a period of 30 days after the start of trading.
After the stabilization is completed, a market maker services agreement is expected to be concluded to maintain stock liquidity.
The placement will be available to Russian qualified and unqualified individual investors.
Inkab Holding is a developer and manufacturer of optical and special cables. The company was founded in 2006. The production capacity is up to 100,000 km of optical cable per year.
Production sites are located in Perm and the Far East.

The net loss of Inkab Holding (TIN 5948073993) according to RAS for 2025 amounted to 16.394 million rubles against a profit of 50 thousand rubles a year earlier.
Inkab Holding's net profit under IFRS for 2025 fell 2.4 times to 80 million rubles from 193 million rubles a year earlier. Revenue decreased by 18% to RUB 4.998 billion from RUB 6.082 billion.
Revenue of Inkab LLC for the first quarter of 2026 according to RAS decreased by 22.9% to 985 million rubles. compared to 1.227 billion rubles a year earlier. EBITDA increased by 9.6% to RUB 286 million from RUB 261 million. Net profit amounted to 43.9 million rubles against a loss of 110.9 million rubles a year earlier.
