In 9 months of 2024, investors purchased more than 1.3 thousand non-residential real estate objects from Moscow under the pre-emptive right of redemption. This was stated by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning and construction, the capital's Construction complex reported.
He clarified that their total area exceeded 195 thousand square meters. m. Compared to the same period in 2023, the volume of buildings and premises sold increased by 34%.
Among the objects sold are about 189.7 thousand square meters of various commercial premises, as well as five buildings with a total area of almost 5.5 thousand "squares". Four of them were purchased together with land plots with an area of 0.3 hectares.
The center of the capital turned out to be the most popular among entrepreneurs. In nine months, 250 objects with a total area of over 36.1 thousand square meters were sold here. More than 200 premises with an area of almost 24.8 thousand square meters were sold in the west of Moscow, and about 160 more objects in the south-west of the city.
