Ironmask JSC became the owner of 9.9875% of PJSC METCOMBANK. Ironmask Holdings Limited has reset its stake in the bank from 9.89875%. The change occurred on August 15. This is stated in the bank's materials.
METCOMBANK is one of the largest Ural banks, was established in 1993 in the city of Kamensk-Uralsky. The founders and the first customers of the credit institution were metallurgical plants – the city-forming enterprises of the city.
Today, in addition to servicing large corporate clients, the bank actively works with individuals and enterprises related to small and medium-sized businesses, providing lending services, as well as settlement and cash services.
Over the years, METCOMBANK has significantly expanded the geography of its presence, creating a network of its own branches and additional offices in Yekaterinburg, Kamensk-Uralsky, Moscow and Saratov.
