The Italian software company Bending Spoons SpA plans to acquire the developers of Typeform and Elysium applications. This is reported by foreign media.
Bending Spoons has submitted proposals to acquire Typeform, a customer data management service, for $255 million and Elysium, a software developer, for $240 million.
In September, Bending Spoons signed an agreement to purchase the American video hosting company Vimeo for $1.38 billion and is currently negotiating with Yahoo Inc. to acquire AOL for $1.4 billion.
Bending Spoons expects to attract banks to obtain a loan in the amount of $2.5 billion to finance transactions and increase capital by $250 million.
Bending Spoons SpA is an Italian developer of mobile apps for iOS, including Splice, 30 Day Fitness, Live Quiz and Remini. The company usually buys popular assets for the purpose of long-term management. The headquarters is located in Milan (Italy).
Typeform is a cloud—based service for creating interactive online forms, surveys, quizzes, and questionnaires. The service allows you to collect information from users in an interactive format.
