Japanese DMG Mori CO., LTD. and the German Open Mind Technologies AG have entered into a global sales agreement. This is reported in the DMG Mori press release.
The parties will create a global sales alliance to accelerate digital and machine transformation. The collaboration will allow the companies to expand sales and business development opportunities, as well as improve global marketing communication. DMG Mori and Open Mind will also jointly promote hyperMILL, a CAD/CAM software solution from Open Mind.
Both sides have established a certain number of subsidiaries in the Asian market. Each of them will support global cooperation in its region. Technium CO., LTD., one of the DMG Mori Group companies, will become an organization that will cooperate with each local DMG Mori and Open Mind company and contribute to sales growth in Asia.
